I have nothing against furniture sales consultants at all. Most of them have many years of selling furniture, and the most successful have a devoted clientele that keep coming back because they trust the person they work with for many reasons. But the sale doesn’t always end at the cash register. The delivery team has to get the furniture to the customer’s home without transit damage and if the item(s) fall short of the customer’s expectations, this is where a qualified technician comes into the picture.
Technicians, like myself, only get involved in the event that a customer has a problem. They are more familiar with design, performance, and characteristics of all types of furniture than any sales professional.
